Parkersburg Banks

Situated at the meeting point of the Ohio and Little Kanawha rivers, Parkersburg is the fourth most populated city in West Virginia and the hub of the Parkersburg-Vienna metropolitan region. Parkersburg was the route of Union General George McClellan's initial push into Confederate territory during the Civil War. Additionally, the city played a key role in the formation of the State of West Virginia and the emergence of the country's oil and gas sector.
