Northwest is great
Rates are lower than other visa cards I had in past. Their approval process was honest and easy with no nonsense or hidden costs.
I am 74 years old
I have been with Northwest Bank for many years. Their service has always been exceptional and respectful. My checking and savings accounts are there, and I had my mortgage with them and have had no issues. I like that I can easily use online banking and that cash machines are in close proximity to where I live.
Northwest Bank has the best customer service period
We had two fraud charges from PayPal and they handled both fast! The customer service was above and beyond in every way. We were already very satisfied with Northwest but the way they handled these fraud charges was outstanding!
