I'm very pleased with their customer service!
My elderly mother could not make it to the bank for a couple of months so she needed to get the balance and the deposit information. I put Mom on the phone to have a 3 way call, after the representative verified Mom's Identity, she answered all the questions in NO TIME. Wonderful customer service!
you need to know Korean culture
most of the customers are Korean. good healthcare provided. have to handle with lots of calls from customers. 10days for vacation and you have to use at once.

Short staffed and over worked is the best way to describe my time at Woori America Bank, with constant changes being made due to the CEO's irrational thought processes.
