I still get extremely long connection times when logging in for some reason. - - old review below - - Useless app on Google Pixel 4. Worked pretty well on my other phone but now the main feature of mobile depositing checks is not functional. The camera isn't able to be triggered to take the photos needed to deposit a check. This needs to be fixed immediately.

They sincerely care about their customers.. For example, if there is a check or charge that comes through that appears inconsistent, they contact you immediately and resolve all issues in a quick and efficient manner. I have banked here for 40 years and will continue to be a patron of the State Exchange Bank of Lamont.

Especially since they updated their online banking. One thing that was mildly annoying was that I couldn't make a payment to my loan through EB theough the app. I had to call and have them add the loan to my online banking. I jad already set up a mobthly automatic payment but it seemed like being able to make a payment to your loan when you have an EB checking and savings acct would be included without needing to call. But overall no complaints.

last few times I've used this, I had to try about ten times to get it to capture the back of my check. It's totally automatic now. Update: The app is much better at taking pictures of checks for mobile deposit now.

where ever I am as long as I have Wi-Fi connection or service this app keeps it simple and I appreciate that consideration.

Works great,never had issues with this APP. Recommend downloading it saves time.
