I would like to say what a fantastic service I’ve received from both Katie & Vanessa in the Newcastle-Under-Lyme branch. Over the last few months they have have gone above and beyond to help me with any financial issue I’ve had and always been so kind and supportive of me in a personal way too.
Was easy to make a telephone appointment and we were able to get one quite quickly at a time that suited us. Oliver Bowers from the Huddersfield branch our advisor was attentive to our needs and felt that we were guided into making some good decisions. Also made it clear that we could contact him directly if we had any further queries. Overall a very good experience.
Had an appointment in my local branch to open an account - would like to thank Neha who dealt with my appointment and explained everything really well, and Lucie and Rekha at the counter who were lovely to speak to on arrival. Overall a great experience with equally great staff.
The level of service is superb, referring to the Ilford branch. I have spoken to the same person named Kelly. She is very informative & over a short period of time, I realised my financial options is growing. The product made much more sense than the other banks. I am glad I switched over and now this is my main account. 😊
What a refreshing change to be able to go into a high street bank and be able to speak to a person. No going online, interacting with a machine. I was able to set an additional account there and then. Good old fashioned customer service.
I’d like to say a really big thanks to Sam, the manager, all the staff of the Southampton CO-OP branch for helping me and my 91 year old mother yesterday. We arrived for an appointment, but the street had a power cut, the guys were outstanding and got the business done, using mobile phones, saving my mum the stress of another visit. For some time I've been frustrated that the statement page on my online account, showed my balance but not the payments that are waiting to be paid. Recently, the Co-op has amended its statement page to show pending transactions. This gives me far more information and control over my account. So thank you Co-op. You've made my day :)
Excellent service, staff always friendly and professional. Great online banking since latest upgade. I am so glad that Co-operative Bank have recovered so brilliantly from the debacle of several years ago. Cheers Co-op and best wishes for the future.
