Five years ago I was new to running a small business. Working with Mascoma was the best decision I ever made. You can always get a human being on the phone. They are wonderful. Mascoma Savings Bank in Lebanon , NH. is by far the best local bank I have used. I have tried all of them. Woodsville Guaranty Savings, Wells River Savings, Franklin Savings Bank and Lake Sunapee Bank. I am now back at Mascoma Savings. They have great hours and many locations that are convenient for me. The customer service is wonderful. Every so often the employee that helped me open my account calls just to ask how everything is going. They really seem to care about the customers. The fees are very reasonable and competitive with other banks in my area. The online banking app is the best. I love being able to deposit my check with out going to the bank. Haven't had one issue with any of the online services. I tell everyone they should give them a try.

There customer service is really bad. Never seen such bad service. They are constantly getting your card and account information lost or stolen. There constantly having to send new cards out. And most of the time the cards dont show up or "get lost". There Atms are always out of service all the time or issues. I dont trust them, they do nothing the I help with problems. I started banking with another bank that is far far better in all aspects. And I banked with them for years. They gone down hill quality of service wise. Find another bank trust me, you wont regret it
