It is the best bank I've used in my now very long life. All employees are very professional, informed, and friendly. I feel like I am important to them and they, including the fantastic manager Manpreet Kaur, always have time for me and whatever issue I have. Manpreet is always so helpful and kind... She heads a great team that cooperates very well together and whoever takes care of you is highly competent. It's a wonderful feeling being part of this highly respected and secure bank with such great people working there.

who lived in Marin and was a long-term Luther Burbank Savings account holder, died in December, and I had to take care of liquidating his assets. For reasons not worth going into, it was very complex and took months (made even more challenging by the fact that I live in Seattle), but the person I dealt with (Gita) was an absolute gem through this difficult process. She was always friendly, knowledgeable and caring. We had many phone calls and emails, and even an in person visit, and I never felt like she was tired of dealing with this or lacked an understanding of what needed to be done. I was very impressed by the customer service!

with our personal and business accounts for years. Everyone there is SO kind and helpful. We never felt rushed or confused. They're available by phone and although they switched locations, they are still very convenient. The only downside is that if you need to deposit cash, you have to go into the bank because they don't have atms. However, the plus is that I can withdraw from ANY atm and they take care of the fee for you. I don't see us using any other banks!

almost suspiciously incredible to read some of the negative reviews about the Long Beach, Belmont Shore office. We have been with them for over year now and have made several visits to the office. We have never had anything but prompt, courteous service by very knowledgeable people. Lots of choices out there and we only stay with those that do the work.

excellent service; online banking is an ease. New accounts representatives Marina Maksimiuk and Laurie Graetz at the San Rafael branch really go out of their way to make customers feel welcome. Their employee turnover appears to be low, which is a strong testament to the bank's corporate culture. The previous branch manager retired and Kathy Wachsman, who took over in May, 2012 is professional, affable, and customer-oriented.

My parents got me Savings account at the Original Santa Rosa location when I was a little kid back in the early 90's. Have always had a great deal of service and attention to detail. Can not say the same with regards to some of the National Banks I have dealt with for my business. When the 08 crises happened some of the other local institutions had some solvency issues. Never a word about Luther Burbank. As a depositor I am under the impression it well run and with major scrutiny with regards to their loan portfolio.

these folks are great and friendly too, it's so much better than the usually awful experience I have at Bank of America where I have to wait in line to deposit over 50K in the commercial account every month. B of A wouldn't even cash a $1.50 check made out to me, like the commercial account has no recourse or I matter. Skanks a lot B of A

and have had good experiences with the staff who have always been friendly and quite competent. Interest rates are non-existent for many years, and the online banking is very sketchy for the last 6 months. Trust they will get it worked out soon, but right now it's very unorganized and inconsistent.
