I believe it is secure, user friendly, and also convenient! I'm very pleased with my whole Lake City Experience! If I was to make a suggestion it would be too do away with the rule of holding deposited checks for a week within the first month of opening the account! At least payroll checks, being my employer doesn't offer direct deposit, I've had to cash my checks elsewhere then come deposit cash in my account. This has been a hassle and cost me outrageous fees.๐๐๐

I live in Indiana, but not in the bank's service area. Even though I was not living close to their service area I was able to open a rewards checking account in March 2011. A telephone call asking about my eligibility living in another Indiana location yielded a positive response. A mailed paper application, followed by an ACH deposit opened the account. The initial interest rate was 3.04%, but was lowered to 2.51% in Sept. 2011. Service and communication has been excellent.
I opened up a rewards checking account, with the current 3.51% APY paid on the portion of the balance below $50,000. The account was easy to open up, plus I can open up a corresponding companion Rewards Savings account that now pays 1.51% APY on the entire balance. That beats many savings plans, or money market account rates.
It's great that you can organize your finances w the toggle buttons to add where it was spent. Fantastic set up!
all features functioning, both our accounts fully accessable. (People probably shouldn't leave reviews before an app is fully up and running.)
but I wish the description would be specific to the purchase after it posts to the account instead of me having to click on the purchase to find the information. Each purchase shows POS PURCHASE POS PURCHASE TERMINAL and I have to click it to find out where the purchase was
