FEES ARE RIDICULOUS!!!!! CLOSED MY ACCOUNT...AND THEY CHARGED ME MORE TO DO THAT!!!
Happy Customer For Many Decades
I have banked at Intrust since kindergarten so roughly 50 years. OK, it was First National Bank Of Wichita in those days but it's still the same bank. They have always been terrific. I've lived in Kansas, Missouri, Texas, and Florida during my time as their customer. Credit Cards, Wire Transfers, CD's, and My Checking Account. I even generated a mortgage with them years ago. They have always been terrific. The Online Bill Pay program at Intrust is my favorite. They are large enough to provide all my banking needs, including my business, yet small enough that all decisions are prompt and sensible. Banking at Intrust is a stress free experience. If you are in the Wichita, Kansas City, or Oklahoma City markets, it is your very best choice. Even if you move away, they make being their customer very easy.
Don't Let INTRUST Bank Have Your Business!!
They charge you overdraft fees even though deposits hit accounts before debits do. They purposely arrange transactions so that they can charge you for as many overdrafts as possible, even though you didn't even have any!! They are greedy and care nothing about the customer in the least!! All they are interested in is making as much money as possible, so Charlie Chandler can afford to buy a new car every other week!!!! He is a worthless human being!!!
