App is easy to use and very secure when you forget your password and have to call to change it.

Around 50 years ago, and after marriage we have banked together for 40 years. We have had savings accounts, personal loans and checking accounts. Always good service and reasonable charges . We recommend this bank.

Banked here for 15 years then I got sick and they stole my money by charging me fees I didnt agree to. I have proof. Never signed and agreed to the fees when I opened my account 15 years ago. Customer beware. Talked to the CEO/main squeeze of the branch and he would not waiver so here we are with me leaving bad reviews.

I got a new phone. I've tried everything, cleared cache and cookies on my phone, none to clear on the HNB app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times and I just get a screen with the HNB logo and under it it says personal and it won't go beyond that. I assume I'm using the right app as it was pretty much the only one I found. Please fix it!

Would give 5 stats except that i have to delete and download every couple months, as it will stop letting me enter my password. Other than that periodic glich, it is secure, and convenient. Anytime i have needed support, the staff has been very friendly and helpful.
