If you can have at least 10k in assesets with them. It's a good Bank. If not look elsewhere

several times during the last few months (5328 Government street location) - they need help - everything from the drive thru to the lobby - is slow moving; Today I left the drive thru to go into the lobby; you have one person working the drive thru window and one teller working the lobby; plus it looked like a manager was sleeping in her office ( clear window office) - not sure what is going on over there but please get them some help -you don't want customers to wait so long - customer service standards def. need to improve - Customer service is the reason why businesses either stay afloat or perish. GET HELP TO THAT LOCATION PLEASE ASAP

When I applied for my unsecured loan, they quoted me a certain interest rate, but to my surprise, when the loan was approved, the actual interest rate was nearly a whole interest point lower! They told me that they were able to lower the interest rate because of what they saw in my credit report and that saved me over $20 per month on the loan payment!

suddenly, I begin receiving return checks, my account was put on some hold, and they are pilling on these late fees, yet no one has explained why my account is on hold. Because it is the holidays, no one in my branch can help, and calling customer support took me around 4 hrs and two separate days..... different numbers to call, put on hold so many times. In short, I pretty much have to wait until the person who deals with my account is back from break and suck up the late fees.... just ridiculous. I have never in my life missed a payment nor anything of the sort. I have given two stars simply because everyone I've talked with is incredibly nice and did their best to ease my troubles since I would rather NOT lose my house but the rest just trash.
