The customer service there is great. The lines are usually very short if I go inside the bank. I have never had any trouble finding a parking spot outside the bank any time that I have been there. The interest rates for savings and CDs are really dismal, but then, those rates are dismal at almost every bank these days. They offer $25 if you bring your old checks in from your previous bank. They destroy those checks, so make sure you don't want them anymore. Also, they have a free gift if you open a new account with them. It's a different free gift every month or so. Sometimes, it was a set of containers, or a tumbler, etc. Overall, it is a pleasant place to bank at. My whole family has accounts with them. There is a local community feel to the bank.
