Any reviews under one star are fake. This bank has personal relationship managers. You can reach customer service 24/7 and there is minimal to no wait time! The rates are average, the app is simple but does the job, and the company is not full of vultures. If all banks were like this, the world would be a happy place. Give the bank a try, you will be surprised, I was! A checking account has no annual fee if you maintain a balance of 1000. Really fair bank, free ATMs at HEB.
Anytime you have to fight for your own money and your own Institute has policies that don't back you up as their customer..there's a problem! After banking with a variety of financial institutions in my 35 years of banking..Frost is the worst and most regretted one of All. Customer service during calls are for the most part ok. But when I step into a Branch, without greeting or no idea of how to check in for assistance is another whole issue itself. Not welcoming and don't offer Anything..I will not mention the wasted CDs I had for the 3yr period of waste with no kind of direction offered..Disputing charges of any kind with a retailer for a refund taking over 120 days!!! Now this was the final straw to take my direct deposit to another Bank! These idiots kept telling me on the phone that they were still waiting for merchant to respond..even when I visited the brach after the 120 long so called policy wait..the bank Manager tells me the same and nothing she could do about my money..I don't have 300bucks to just throw away..I wouldn't care if it was 1dollar..I want my money that was stolen as far as I'm concerned now..I paid for product..product was returned..I had the receipt which was evidence..is this a joke??!! But your people initiated dispute when I made it..they were told at that instance that I had receipt and screenshots, but never asked for it?? Wtf! Oh not to mention the countless recorded calls I made checking on status of my money. These people need more training and those policies needs to be shredded! Those are not customer friendly or helping in no form or fashion...I will Never Ever Recommend and every chance I get and remember..I will remind others especially on my social media to stay the hell away from this Bank that is only supporting the Merchants and not the customer..May God have Mercy
