They have always been incredibly helpful and responsive. Much quicker than other RV lenders and typically amongst the best rates out there. Matt Hieb and Doris Wolbrink are excellent to work with and really make everything very straight forward and painless.

For many years and have never had a problem with them. Any time I have had to call in with questions, or to find out information, they were very friendly and helpful and went out of the way to help me. I recommend them and we would use them again. Taking your frustrations on the workers doesn't do any good....they are just doing their job.

Was surprised to find they don't allow ACH transfers. That is a basic function of nearly all financial institutions. Very archaic that they don't provide this service.

You'd better double & triple check that they actually send the State the release!! We paid off a loan on May 29th & as of today, 6-13-2022, have not received the title. I called the county treasurer's office & they told me that First Premier Bank had never released the lien. I called & talked to Jessica who proceeded to tell me that it never went through. No apology, no nothing!! When I asked HOW COULD THAT HAVE HAPPENED? She replied "it's not like we check this every day". Evidently this person has no idea of what a standard operating procedure (sop) should be when releasing a loan!!! Forget a sop, just double checking your work would suffice.
