I am very much satisfied with the bank staff in my branch and their customer services, customer relationships and their responsiveness are really appreciable. I am using their net banking services as well as mobile banking services. Their internet banking is very easy to use and it is very fast. Every transaction is safe and secure. Once I do a transaction, immediately I am getting notifications on my mobile. The bank charges are minimal. I am using FedMobile and FedBook applications. Both are very convenient, pretty good and very user friendly. For me, everything is so good regarding this bank account so far.

I am saying this from my own experience. I am a student and I wished to start a zero balance account. I came across selfie account from federal bank. I downloaded the app, took my selfie and attatched photo of my adhar. They asked for my nearby federal bank branch and send me a msg with account opening number. I just had to visit the above said branch. My account was already open. I had to submit some more id proofs and thats it. It took just 1 week for me to get the atm card and cheque book. Bad bad bad bad experience. Managers in north kalamassery. Opposite to appolo tyres company branch cheated me very much. Before 4 months i go there and ask for mudra loan. They tel me that if u r papers are ok withim 6days we will give. Aftr 6 days assitant manager suresh told me that u r papers are ok.But next week only u get t payment. And he told different reasons within 4month. Nw its 4month. Still i didnt get t payment.Without this i cant run t bussiness. Am going to give complaint to prime minister office. Nw am planning for succide to
