We love City National Bank. We have our checking, auto loans and mortgage with this bank. They are the best around for home and auto loan interest rates, and they also offered a product that allowed us to finance 100% of our mortgage with no PMI. Fees are minimal, and we always get great customer service.

I have been aquanted with City Bank of WV living in the Shandoeha Valley of VA for over a year now. My wife had been working there as a teller. Their products were so unimpressive I kept all of my accounts in other banks. Much better products in other banks in the area. They push high intrest rate credit cards and use scare tactics on their employees to push them on people. Realy predatory banking tactics well used by the big banks that caused the economic down turn in 2008. Their management is poor with no leadership or direction and alow people to condone an environment that is toxic to employees and patrons alike. She has reported to managment situation in which customers appearances were ridiculed along with ethnic and sexual orientation. Actions were not taken and the employees were never corrected or penalized. I am glad that my wife had the right moral additude to say enough and leave a horrible institution as City Natiinal Bank of WV. Thats why my multiple accounts are safe in better hands far away from them
