Leaving this bank after 35 years. Twice in the past year they have stopped payment on checks going into and out of my account. That's fine, but they never had the courtesy to let me know. Stopped checks = multiple overdrafts. No apology from the bank, no nothing. My biggest beef is the rude, spoiled, and condescending attitude of middle managers covering their behinds.
