Very friendly and very efficient service. Excellent rates on money market accounts.

Apple is again working on their platform. Over a year ago, they installed anew system that prevented links between business and personal accounts. It took me three months to get access straightened out. I has given wrong info on line, at the bank and with telephone customer service. Currently, i cannot access my personal accounts on line at all. So far it has been three days without online access. Customer service can only say that they are working on it. Obviously whoever is responsible for this latest online snafu, is incompetent.

Im banking there for 20 years. all i can say is don't do that mistake i did. Bad customer service and they are not loyal to their costumers, all they need is your money, i just tried to deposit a check that had a spelling mistake on my first name and they reject the deposit after a 20 year history of checking with them in good behavior, I explained them that te get a new check will take another few days meaning that i will be overdraft and charged by apple, I spoke to the wall (all they want is to bounce your check and charge you)
