For the last 2 months I have been calling for service, If someone answer the phone has no clue what I'm talking about. For instance, I have been asking how can I put money on principal. I have been directed to the wrong place or no answer or the person who answer quickly transfer me to another department , I have been leaving so many messages and still no answer, When I came to this bank for first time I was attended very well , but a soon as I signed the mortgage papers the service has been horrible.

The bank offers many competitive products with great rates. I recently opened the Relationship MMKT and Checking and am very happy. I get a 2.25% rate on my money market which is top of market. Highly recommend.
