have done numerous House loans over the years including construction loans where the Bank loans additional money based on the renovated cost of the house. Most banks we dealt with are either painful or hopefully neutral in the pain dept. The construction loan is a super painful process from start to finish. Except with 1st Security Bank. I am now 8 months into this process of renovating two houses on my new property. My wife and I are completely astounded at how on top of things this bank is. Everyone responds and communicates instantly. They check up on you if they haven't heard anything recently. From the loan officer to the draw department, we have received 5 Star service. I had no idea that a bank could even be like this. It is just SO different than any other bank we can't get our heads around it. They completely understand that If my wife and I succeed, then so does the bank. I cannot recommend enough. The best banking experience we have ever seen by light years.

I attended a free Home Buyer Seminar by WSHFC (highly recommend it) and prepared a long list of questions to help me pick a lender.
