I don't care what the ratings state, 1st Advantage Bank is exceptional in service. I have banked with many banks in the area and have not found one close to the friendly service I receive everytime I walk in to the bank. I am one HAPPY customer!

There are banks and then there is my bank. never have I banked anywhere that they have gone above and beyond personal service. From monitoring my debit card activity to the smiling face when I walk in the front door. No other word to explain it but A++.
